RPAG’s National Conference 2025

An annual event organized by the Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG). It serves as a major gathering for retirement plan advisors, financial professionals, and industry experts. The conference is designed to provide insights, tools, and resources to help advisors and firms better serve their clients in the retirement plan space.

I was tasked to brand RPAG’s national event revolving around the theme of Jubilee. From creative direction to 80 pieces of signage, website design, print collateral, to managing the team at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel - problem was the company was behind schedule.

Timeline was May - August

Process
Coming in the theme was already chosen “JUIBLEE” for their 20th Anniversary and these logos were all I had to start. I had a council of members approving work and I was blessed for them to give me freedom and “We Want GOLD!”

Immediately, I started doing research on the word origin, past conferences, design trends, and how I would create an event campaign from it.

First, I updated the wordmark and starting crafting styleboards.

This included research on origin of word, examples of similar events, different art styles, patterns, and make timelines

Various gold-themed variations, experimenting with different fonts, hierarchy, and effects


Created teaser video for concept, provided all content and graphics, and provided assistance in Motion Graphics


Teaser Video was created and sent out to advisors so they can rserve their spot.

Behind the scenes
I was also in charge of managing the installation team and worked alongside our print team to ensure the best print results. Key responsibilities included selecting materials, managing the team, preparing print files, and being on standby with the video team.

By the end of this 3-day event, my team and I had broken records for ROI and advisor retention, with advisors staying longer and engaging more than in previous years.
